Purchasing Artwork from wildlifeartist.ca

All original artwork and/or reproductions/prints can be purchased using either PayPal (preferred) or personal cheque (Canadian customers only). All prices shown on the website are in Canadian (CDN) dollars. The exchange to other currencies will be done at the time of purchase. If you purchase a piece of artwork using PayPal you should receive an automatic reply directly from PayPal confirming your transaction, followed by a receipt detailing the contents of your order. If paying by personal cheque (Canadian customers only), your purchase will be confirmed once the cheque has cleared here at my end. No purchased artwork will be shipped before the full amount of the cheque clears.

We realize art is an expensive purchase and to make obtaining the artwork you want easier, we offer a very flexible, zero-interest Monthly Payment Plan. Click here for all of the details on the plan.

We will get back to you with the availability of the artwork you are interested in as well as the full costs including shipping. By sending us this email you are under absolutely no obligation to purchase the artwork.

In accordance with international copyright law, copyright of all works displayed and sold on this site remains the property of Stephen James McAllister. No copying of any work in any form, for any purpose, private or commercial, is allowed without prior written agreement from the artist.

Shipping

All artwork will be shipped within seven business days of receipt of payment and should be received by you within 14 business days depending on your location. We ship worldwide but please contact us (using the email address above) to confirm shipping costs prior to sending your payment.

Appearance of Originals and Prints

Every care has been taken to provide an accurate representation on our website of the originals and prints available for purchase but this does not guarantee a perfect reproduction of the original as scanning techniques, individual screen sizes and monitor settings will alter the appearance of some colours.

Delivery Method

All artwork is delivered unframed and unmounted unless otherwise specified. Artwork is carefully packaged to lessen the probability of damage during shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged or is the wrong artwork, please contact me as soon as possible. I will then accept the return of the artwork and either provide you with a refund or a replacement including your postal costs. Upon receiving your purchased artwork please inspect the package thoroughly before accepting and/or signing for it. It is important you make note of ANY damage on the delivery record. If you do not the delivery company may not consider a claim for damage. However, in order for them to do so the contents and original packaging must be retained for their inspection.

Returns / Refunds

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase after you receive it, or if it is damaged in transit, you will get a full refund when returning the goods. If you have paid by PayPal, you will receive a full refund back into your PayPal account.

Any information you provide is 100% confidential. The information collected about you includes only your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and, where you have supplied it, details of any particular areas of interest. The information collected has been supplied by you either when making an order or requesting information from us.
